Isleham School offers many and varied extra curricular clubs for children of all ages. These clubs are run by school staff and parent volunteers. If you are interested in helping run a club, please contact the school office. Please click on the links below to take you directly

Lunchtime Play Club - Monday, Wednesday and Friday Each half term, children are invited by class to join in organised games at playtimes. These can be both inside and outside, from tabletop board games to using the parachute.

Web Design Club - Thursday Lunchtimes Lunchtime Play Club - Monday, Wednesday and Friday Each half term, children are invited by class to join in organised games at playtimes. These can be both inside and outside, from tabletop board games to using the parachute.
Year Five produce their own newsletter, which is distributed to all the pupils and parents at the school. They decide the content, take interviews and publish the newsletter themselves, with only the slightest assistance.
Homework club is offered to support children complete their homework, giving them a quiet space with help from a Teaching Assistant.
Line Dancing – Thursday after school Children get to don their cowboy hats and step in unison to country dancing. They learn several routines over the year and perform for parents and in assemblies.
Scan-Tek is offered in ability groups throughout the year. By building models and following computer aided instructions, the children find out how things work. They look at areas as such as the Internal Combustion Engine, Gears and Cogs, Friction, and Buoyancy.

Drama Club runs throughout the year for all Year Six pupils,
encouraging self-expression and promoting life skills.
By using a digital camera to collect a series of still images, children are shown how to make their own short animations. The groups work together to create a sketch show to be shown at the end of the year.
Children are shown the skills of cross-stitching and choose projects to complete. At the end of the year children take home their finished work as a keepsake or a gift.
